Charlie Panayi

Charlie Panayi CEO

I am an exceptionally experienced, very friendly and accomplished Negotiator and Business Manager who is now responsible for managing all Red Squirrel Property Shop LTD clients. As the Managing Director I am very committed to ensuring that each Red Squirrel Property Shop LTD customer receives a stress free, first class service. Originally coming from a customer experience industry, property started out as a hobby for me, having been investing/letting/developing properties for 13 years. I have had 13 years of personal experience in both London and Isle of Wight in sales, lettings, developing and managing properties. I firmly believe in the personal and honest service that Red Squirrel Property Shop pride themselves in and I use my direct approach with all customers to try and help understand their requirements so I can help them in finding their dream home, selling within a reasonable timeframe or letting a property out promptly for them. Separate to this I also head up the worlds largest independent financial advisory, that gives our customers the benefit of putting their properties worldwide to high net worth customers.

Outside of work

Outside of work - I tend to spend most of my spare time with friends or family. Outside of that I am a keen sports enthusiast, playing football at least two times a week, gym and other exercise classes. Travelling the world is something I have always ensured I do, I aim to visit at least two new places a year around the world, whilst making sure I can fit in surfing and scuba diving!

Stuart Punter

Stuart Punter Founder & Chairman

I am a Director and Shareholder of Red Squirrel Property Shop. I have many years of experience and have worked in several large Estate Agencies, starting out as trainee negotiator and working my way up to Branch Manager of a major corporate branch within my first 4 years. I am City & Guilds accredited, and recognised by the Property Ombudsman Scheme. Brought up on the Island, my wife and I decided to open Red Squirrel Property Shop LTD to offer our future clients a more personal, professional and local approach to buying, selling and letting. I have listened over the years to what the public expect from their agent and have found most agents fall short of expectations. By learning from their mistakes, I was determined to buck the trend and deliver a new set of standards in Estate Agency.

Outside of work

Within my spare time I enjoy doing a variety of things. Of course, I enjoy relaxing, this could be at home with my family or friends, or at the beach on a nice summers day. I also enjoy gardening and travelling.

Eileen Punter

Eileen Punter Founder & Executive Director

I am one of the Founders and the Executive Director and Shareholder of Red Squirrel Property Shop. I was brought up on the Island, and I have been a professional Landlord, Property Manager and Property Developer for over 40 years during which time I have developed a comprehensive and incisive knowledge of the Lettings industry on the Island, London and the mainland. I’m always friendly and very approachable and remain acutely aware of the considerable responsibility and trust that Landlords place in our Red Squirrel Team. I’m also accredited by the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme, a member of the NRLA and the Isle of Wight Executive Landlord Group all helping to fully understand, first hand, what Landlords and Tenants expect.

Outside of work

Out of work I love spending time with my Grandchildren and Family. I will often take them out for the day, go for nice walks and spend time on holidays with them. I also enjoy reading, swimming, entertaining friends & family and decorating my home.

After losing my daughter, Zoe Panayi (aged 26) to Melanoma Cancer we do all we can to raise awareness for Melanoma Cancer under the banner of Zoe’s Law

Liam Nevitt

I have a proven track record in both the property and sales industry with over 10 years’ experience working within different industries, I have a confident and enthusiastic approach to any task that I am given and always strive to deliver exceptional customer service. I joined Red Squirrel in January 2021 to continue my professional development as working within the property industry is something I have always wanted to do and I am looking forward to the exciting challenges ahead and achieving the best results for our customers.

Outside of work

My spare time is spent with family and friends, I enjoy traveling and going on holiday, I am also a big football fan and support Wolverhampton Wanderers and on weekends I enjoy chasing a golf ball around the golf course or fishing.

Eleanor Bright

Eleanor Bright Maintenance Coordinator

With 5 years of customer service experience, Eleanor brings a friendly and professional approach to the role, making her a fantastic addition to the team.

She enjoys spending time with friends and family and loves a good holiday getaway!

Abi Bright

Abi Bright Sales & Marketing Coordinator

I have over 5 years’ experience within customer service and attained a BA degree in Fashion. Property has always been an interest of mine and I am looking forward to offering excellent service to my future customers and helping drive this company forward. I am excited to start using my creative flare within marketing & sales side of the company.

Outside of work

In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with friends, going to festivals and travelling to new destinations.

Kieran White

Kieran White Property Consultant

I’ve been an estate agent on the Isle of Wight for nearly 12 years, and my passion for property and helping people find their perfect homes is what drives me every day. I took a short break away from property in 2024 to pursue my love for barbering, but realised property is where my heart is and got offered an opportunity at Red Squirrel Property Shop. This will be my first Christmas with the team and feel a part of the family. I truly enjoy guiding clients through the journey of buying and selling property, making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Outside of work

Family is at the heart of everything I do. I love spending time with my partner Charlotte, our kids Millie and Morgan, and my stepdaughter Alba. I’m also actively involved in Morgan’s football and love helping out at Binstead Reserves on Saturdays. In my downtime, I’m a huge music fan, especially drum and bass, and I love unwinding with movies and TV shows.

Jorja Hinton

With a Business A Level and over 6 years of customer service experience under her belt, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a friendly face to the lettings team.

Jorjia loves spending quality time with her family and going on long walks with her dogs.
