The Negotiator Awards are the most prestigious awards ceremony for the UK’s residential estate and lettings agency industry. The competition is judged by a panel of 21 industry experts and leaders, at a gala dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. Many guests will be attending including directors, senior managers and business owners. The evening itself is hosted by an A-list presenter – previous years have included Jimmy Carr and Tom Allen.
Red Squirrel Property Shop Ltd has been nominated for both ‘Lettings Agency of the Year’ and ‘Estate Agency of the Year’! These categories are not necessarily judged by company size and sales records, but by company growth, customer service and what makes your agency unique. This is the first time any agency on the Isle of Wight has been shortlisted for either of these awards, with Red Squirrel Property Shop being the only agency put forward from the island – an amazing achievement.
Our managing director Charlie Panayi has also been shortlisted for rising star of the year! Charlie was first shortlisted in 2018 and was the first in his area at the time. He says he “couldn’t believe it” when he was shortlisted a second time in 2019. “It’s a highly competitive industry, and to be put forward for this award on multiple occasions is something I would never have expected.” Charlie is shortlisted for the third time this year. He says that “to win would be unimaginable”.
The winners of each category are to be revealed at the gala on the 26th November 2021. Fingers crossed for Red Squirrel Property Shop!
