We've done it again!

We have been nominated for 2 awards at this year’s annual negotiator awards. The Negotiator awards are the BIGGEST awards event in the estate agency world. It is the UK’s leading independent awards programme for estate and letting agents, their suppliers and the residential property industry. The negotiator awards have impeccable reputation for fairness and transparency, the most prestigious and valuable awards for agents to be associated with.

Having previously been the first Isle of Wight agent to be shortlisted in a number of categories, we as a business have worked harder than ever before and our efforts have clearly shown as this year we have been nominated for ‘Lettings Agency of the year’ as well as ‘Estate Agency of the year’.
We go up against the best in the industry so just to be nominated is amazing…but obviously we want to win! We as a business pride ourselves on the way we work and how we operate. Red Squirrel property shop was started because of estate agencies, we wanted to create an agency we would use ourselves. We operate based on honesty, trust and compassion, which is why so many people on the Isle of Wight work with us and why we have become so successful.

Red Squirrel property shop is a family-owned business that recently celebrated our 10 year anniversary after starting back in 2012 and since then we have gone from strength to strength. Although on paper we are an estate agent, we do so much more for our local area. Over the years we have sponsored lots of local island events and are always out and about in the local community fundraising and raising awareness for the various charities we work alongside with. This year alone we have completed a Tough Mudder course, Walk the Wight, Wing Walk and Zoe’s Law Ball. Next year we have set ourselves even bigger challenges so watch this space!

This year The Negotiator Awards presentation ceremony will take place at the spectacular Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane, London on the 25th November and we cannot wait to see all the new familiar faces at the event.
